Richard moved to Olds, Alberta after graduating from Oak Bay High school to study Horticulture. Upon returning he worked in the Parks Department and landscaping industry for several years. Richard is excited to be the owner / operator of Eco Shine. He believes that when clients engage a service provider, they are investing in five essential elements: 1.
