Exterior cleaning for Victoria homes, delivered with care.

Meet Rich

I’m Rich Wise, owner and operator of Eco Shine. My background in horticulture, landscaping and property care has taught me to look at the whole property, respect the details and take pride in a job done well.

Based in Victoria, I help homeowners in Oak Bay and surrounding neighbourhoods keep their properties clean and cared for—with straightforward advice, clear communication and a personal approach.

The right care for your home

From window cleaning and roof and gutter care to pressure washing and soft washing, every job starts with the surface and its condition. The aim is a fresh, tidy result using a suitable cleaning method, with attention to your plants, finishes and surroundings.

Careful work. Safe practices.

We plan the work, review site hazards and use appropriate equipment and safe work procedures. Protecting people and property is part of doing the job properly.
